Computer Navigator's Certificate selected for discussion at the Commonwealth Connects International e-Partnership Summit
Issued: Monday, 26th February, 2007 12:30:45 PMThe Computer Navigator's Certificate has been selected as one of two projects for discussion in the eLearning and ICT roundtable at the upcoming Commonwealth Connects International e-Partnership Summit.
This high-profile launch event for the Commonwealth Connects Programme, will bring together ICT Ministers from around the Commonwealth, CEOs, Managing Directors, and other senior people from the private sector and ICT world, Government officials, international agencies and senior representatives from Civil Society. In addition the project will receive a small funding injection to assist with multimedia development.
UWIDEC is one of the partners in this Computer Navigator's Certificate project. The other partners are: University of the Western Cape, South Africa; The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, New Zealand; Pennsylvania State University, USA; Indira Gandhi National Open University, India.
